Shave Ice (UK) Ltd. is based on the Tokenspire Business Park in Beverley, East Yorkshire and occupies stand alone site of 4000sq ft incorporating offices, warehousing, flavour laboratory and bottling plant.

About Our People

Father and son, James and Tom Guthrie, founders of the company saw the success of shave iced products across the USA and Asia and set out in 2007 to bring these exciting products to the UK & European markets.

Tom provides the drive and energy for the business and is currently doing a degree in B.A. Business Entrepreneurship at the University of Northampton Business School. His youthful exuberance is balanced by the business acumen and experience of his father James who has been involved in running the other family businesses for the past thirty years. Backroom strength and depth are provided by Marketing Director Alan Clements – ex-marketing Director for Seven Seas PLC and Melvyn Sadofsky Senior Partner of MWS Business Systems taking care of the Company’s accounts and financial controls.
